An opportunity exists for a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials modules to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in Oracle ERP, with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud, and deep knowledge of core finance modules.

The position is based in Mumbai and is integral to our enterprise technology function, driving functional excellence and supporting innovation.

Key responsibilities include leveraging 9+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will be instrumental in implementing and supporting core finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Taxation.

This role also involves understanding Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report business cycles, contributing strong accounting acumen, and participating in end-to-end ERP implementations. Experience with application maintenance, support, creating design documents, process flows, and customizations is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting perspectives, with experience in application maintenance and support projects. Experience in writing design documents, creating process flows, and managing customizations including functional design, test scripts, and unit testing is crucial.

Proficiency in writing test scripts for Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, creating OTBI reports, and performing data conversions using FBDI in Oracle Cloud ERP are also key requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
