Join our dynamic team in Mumbai as a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. You will be instrumental in leading comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery for our clients.

This role requires a strategic leader to manage project lifecycles from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and delivering functional excellence within enterprise technology solutions.

Spearhead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and i-Expense. Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and architect robust solution designs.

Translate client needs into functional specifications, configuring Oracle Cloud modules effectively. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout all project phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and cross-module testing. Act as the primary client liaison for all finance functional aspects, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction. Provide essential post-go-live support and proactive issue resolution.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, coupled with a minimum of 9 years of extensive Oracle Financials experience. A proven track record of at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations is essential.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. Familiarity with financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP is crucial.

Experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is highly valued. Proficiency in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is expected. Excellent communication skills are a must.
