Lead comprehensive ERP transformation programs, focusing on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Fusion Financials. Drive finance transformation initiatives and conduct solution design workshops to optimize Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and design oversight to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technical workstreams.

Review functional designs, integrations, reporting needs, and data migration strategies. Drive project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and ensure effective stakeholder communication and quality assurance activities. Lead client workshops and executive presentations, while also mentoring team members and contributing to practice development.

A minimum of 10 years in ERP consulting is required, with a strong command of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle Fusion Financials. Demonstrated success in leading multiple end-to-end ERP implementations or transformation programs is essential.

Possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, and Financial Reporting. A solid understanding of JD Edwards Financial Management modules is also necessary.

Proven experience in ERP assessment, roadmap definition, cloud transformation, and migration programs from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong knowledge of finance business processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements is crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are expected, along with demonstrated leadership in solution design and project governance.
