Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Fusion Financials Manager and drive excellence in enterprise technology. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead critical financial workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and innovation for our clients.

This role is pivotal in managing the complete lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support. You will be instrumental in shaping how our clients leverage technology for functional superiority and sustained growth.

Lead Oracle Fusion Financials projects across key modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

Oversee the entire project delivery, encompassing requirements definition, solution design, configuration, rigorous testing, and successful deployment.

Proactively monitor project progress, track milestones and dependencies, and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and quality benchmarks.

Identify potential delivery risks and challenges, escalate issues promptly, and drive effective resolutions.

Provide crucial support for release planning, cutover activities, and the stabilization phase immediately following go-live.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud Applications.

Demonstrate robust, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

Proven ability to lead finance-focused workstreams and effectively manage delivery teams.

Possess a strong grasp of the full delivery lifecycle, including testing methodologies and deployment strategies.

Experience working within a global delivery or offshore engagement model is advantageous.
