This position involves leading complex Oracle Cloud Finance projects from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in shaping financial systems and processes for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your leadership will guide a team of experts to achieve project success and client satisfaction.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and i-Expense. Facilitate business requirement workshops and collaborate on solution design with stakeholders.

Translate diverse business needs into functional specifications and expertly configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing initiatives across various modules and external systems. Partner with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads, to ensure project alignment.

Drive project deliverables, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, address issues, and recommend continuous improvements.

Ensure robust compliance with business processes, SOX regulations, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including at least 3 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Proficiently handle Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP is essential.

Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is crucial. Proven ability in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is expected.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
