We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Oracle Cloud Finance. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into robust financial system configurations and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a key position for driving growth and efficiency.

Spearhead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, encompassing GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger modules. Facilitate business requirement workshops and guide solution design sessions. Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Lead a team of functional consultants through all project phases: design, build, testing, and deployment. Oversee integration, data migration, and testing strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical and reporting leads. Ensure project deliverables meet timeline, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary client liaison for finance functional matters. Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle Financials is essential, including at least 2 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrated experience in Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is expected. Possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary. Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units in Oracle Cloud is vital. Proven success in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is a must. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
