Seeking a skilled Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Financials and AHCS implementations. This role is based in Noida and is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. Key responsibilities include supporting the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expenses. You will assist in requirements gathering, documentation, system setups, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT). Data migration validation, reconciliation, and post-go-live support are also integral parts of this role.

Further duties involve understanding core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), mapping business needs to Oracle Cloud Financials, preparing functional design documents, and identifying process improvements. Support for period-end close activities and reporting/integration tasks, including OTBI and BI Publisher reports, are expected.

The ideal candidate possesses 7-11 years of experience in Oracle Financials or ERP finance implementations, with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules. A strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes, coupled with experience in testing and documentation, is mandatory. Prior experience working in a global delivery or offshore model is essential.

Essential skills include exposure to multiple end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations, experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and familiarity with integrations (OIC). While not strictly required, Oracle Financials certifications are a plus. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
