Opportunity for a Manager specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials to join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Ahmedabad. This role is central to driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through robust enterprise technology solutions.

We are seeking a leader to guide end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of critical financial modules. Your expertise will be key in transforming business needs into effective technological solutions.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledger functionalities. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders.

Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Ensure successful integration, data migration, and testing activities across all modules and external systems.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, complemented by at least five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP. Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup within Oracle Cloud is essential. Your background should include robust experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support, alongside excellent communication skills.
