We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices. This is a key leadership position focused on delivering high-quality solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and drive long-term growth.

As a Manager, you will spearhead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax. You will facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions, translating client needs into functional specifications and configuring Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Your role involves guiding a team of functional consultants through all project phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment. You will also oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities, acting as the primary finance functional point of contact for clients and providing crucial post-go-live support.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, complemented by a minimum of 9 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 5 full Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Essential functional expertise spans Oracle Cloud modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A strong understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is required. Experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is crucial. Proven success in data migration, functional testing, cutover, and post-go-live support is also necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
