Seeking an experienced Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. This role involves guiding a team of functional consultants through the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client contact for all finance-related matters and ensure successful post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, etc.). Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions. Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud modules. Manage and guide a team of functional consultants through design, build, testing, and deployment. Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, integration, reporting). Drive project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timeline, scope, and quality. Act as the main client contact for finance functional matters. Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. A minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. Exhibit a good understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Demonstrate experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud. Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
