A minimum of 15 to 18 years of extensive hands-on software engineering experience is required. Proficiency in Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, and experience with ORMs are essential. Experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular) is necessary, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Solid background in relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema and query design. Proven experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. A strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms, is crucial.
