Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks from development to deployment. Mentor teammates through code reviews and informal guidance. Enhance system observability with robust metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Participate in on-call rotations and champion best practices in code quality, testing, and agile workflows.

This role requires 15-18 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong command of Java and frameworks like Spring Boot. Proficiency in ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks is crucial, alongside a willingness to learn new technologies.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is necessary. A solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms, is expected.
