Key responsibilities include designing, building, and supporting scalable microservices and user interfaces for advanced advertising platforms using Java and modern front-end frameworks. Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver impactful features. Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks from development through deployment. Mentor and support teammates via code reviews and guidance, enhancing system observability with metrics and monitoring. Participate in on-call rotations and champion best practices in code quality and agile workflows, while also exploring and utilizing AI tools.

This role demands 15-18 years of hands-on software engineering experience. Essential skills include proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot, along with experience in ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks. A strong background in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is crucial. A solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms is required, complemented by exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
