Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer and Manager with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, constructing, and maintaining highly scalable web applications from inception to deployment.

This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, India, focusing on building robust and efficient software solutions. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and leading development efforts.

Your core responsibilities will involve the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable web features using Python for the backend and React or Angular for the frontend.

You will architect and develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices. Effectively manage application state using tools like Redux or Context API. Design and optimize databases, writing efficient queries for both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems.

Contribute significantly to architectural decisions, microservice strategies, and overall system scalability. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, leveraging Docker containers for consistent deployment. Mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
