Seeking an experienced Manager and Full Stack Developer to join our Bengaluru-based Engineering as a Service/Operate team. This role focuses on architecting and developing robust, scalable web applications from conception to deployment.

You will play a key role in shaping our technology stack and mentoring engineering talent. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with leadership capabilities.

Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable web applications. Develop end-to-end features utilizing Python for the backend and React/Angular for the frontend. Architect and build secure, performant RESTful APIs and microservices. Manage application state effectively using tools like Redux or Context API. Design and optimize database schemas for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Contribute to critical system design decisions and microservice strategies. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS/Azure, leveraging Docker containers. Ensure high code quality through thorough code reviews and maintaining comprehensive testing coverage.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development is required. Proficiency in Python for backend development and React/Angular for frontend development. Demonstrated experience in building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Context API). Expertise in database management, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Experience with system design, architectural decision-making, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure, Docker). Proven ability to mentor junior developers and conduct effective code reviews.
