We are seeking an experienced Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Finance Transformation expert. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and rectifying underperforming business processes to boost efficiency and overall business outcomes. Lead client workshops for comprehensive 'As-Is' process assessments and design optimized 'To-Be' processes aligned with industry best practices.

Leverage expertise in finance functions such as 'Record to Report', 'Procure to Pay', and 'Order to Cash', ensuring compliance with financial regulations and controls in all redesigned processes.

Drive process improvements through automation, technology adoption, and standardization.

Provide strategic consulting and re-engineering services to align financial operations with overarching business objectives.

Develop detailed L1-L5 process maps using tools like ARIS, IBM Blueworks, or Visio.

Apply strong accounting principles to interpret financial reports and statements.

Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and models.

Train and mentor team members on new process implementations, adapting training as needed.

Effectively manage priorities and execute tasks in demanding environments.

Be open to domestic and international travel.

A minimum of 5-12 years of relevant experience, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. An MBA or CA is highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Re-engineering or Finance Transformation expert within the finance sector.

Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven history of identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.

Proficiency in business process mapping and familiarity with financial systems.

Prior experience in financial consulting or business process improvement roles is essential.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across all organizational levels.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a significant advantage.

Certifications in tools like Celonis or UiPath are considered a plus.
