Collaborate closely with client teams to analyze operations, collect critical data, and brainstorm strategic options for optimal operating models. You will be responsible for assisting Finance organizations in resolving complex challenges and delivering enhanced business value. Key activities include advising clients and finance executives on strategy creation, improving finance operations, and strengthening stakeholder management.

You will lead and contribute to teams focused on specific client needs, including Finance Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Fast Close and Reporting, Value Engineering, and Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting. This involves assessing current performance, developing transformation roadmaps, standardizing processes, and implementing technology solutions.

This role requires a demonstrated passion for consulting and client advisory services. Candidates should possess prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements and programs, along with a proven ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent academic credentials in both undergraduate and graduate studies are expected, complemented by outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates should ideally be CA Qualified (1st Attempt preferred) or hold a postgraduate degree in Finance from a premier institution. We seek individuals with 5-12 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, post-qualification. A proactive approach to learning and initiative is essential, as is familiarity with finance-related technologies such as BPM tools and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
