We seek individuals with 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, preferably post-qualification. Prior experience managing full client engagements and programs, along with proven team leadership skills, is essential.

Exceptional academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate studies are expected. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical. The ability to learn independently and take initiative is a key requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) is necessary, and familiarity with digital finance technologies is a plus. Willingness to travel for project needs is expected.
