Join our dynamic Finance Strategy & Operations team as a Manager, driving impactful transformations for clients. This role is integral to enhancing competitive positions through innovative and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with teams to analyze operations, gather data, and develop optimal operating models, contributing directly to client success.

Engage collaboratively with teams to dissect client operations, collect essential data, and brainstorm strategic options. Support Finance organizations in resolving complex challenges and delivering enhanced business value. Advise clients and Finance executives on crafting strategies and capabilities for informed decision-making, optimizing finance operations, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

Equip CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda and implement solutions to generate significant impact. Address client-specific needs across critical areas such as Finance Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering, Fast Close and Reporting, Value Engineering, and Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting.

A strong foundation in consulting or advisory client service is essential. Candidates should ideally be CA Qualified (1st Attempt preferred) or possess a postgraduate degree in Finance from a premier institute. Prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements and programs, along with team management, is required.

Demonstrated excellence in academic coursework, both undergraduate and graduate, is expected. Outstanding written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills, are crucial. A proactive approach to learning and initiative is valued. Familiarity with finance technologies like BPM and EPM tools is a plus. We are seeking professionals with 5-12 years of relevant experience, preferably post-qualification, in consulting or industry roles.
