Join Deloitte's Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team as a Manager in Finance Transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change for clients by enhancing their competitive position and performance through innovative and sustainable strategies.

As part of the Consulting practice, you will focus on helping CFOs and finance teams navigate complexities, design strategies, and implement solutions for finance processes, operations, and technology. You'll contribute to driving profitability and growth, creating tangible value for our clients.

Lead large-scale, complex, and cross-functional client engagements, advising on strategies and capabilities to improve finance operations and decision-making.

Engage directly with C-level executives to understand strategic objectives and present clear, actionable strategies. Drive business development by leading RFP responses and nurturing client relationships for repeat business.

Manage project financials, timelines, and budgets effectively. Foster a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to consultants, and promoting professional development.

We seek candidates with 6-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably post-qualification. Essential qualifications include CA (1st Attempt preferred), MBA from a premier institute, or equivalent professional certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end client engagements, programs, and teams is crucial. You should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to challenge the status quo, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with knowledge of digital finance technologies being a plus. Willingness to travel is expected.
