Collaborate closely with teams to analyze client operations, gather essential data, and develop optimal operating models. Assist Finance organizations in resolving complex challenges and adding significant value to the business.

Advise clients and Finance executives on creating robust strategies and capabilities for enterprise-wide decision-making, improving finance operations, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Equip CFOs and Finance leaders with a strategic agenda and deliver impactful solutions for both organizational and market-level achievements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in consulting and client service. Preferred qualifications include CA qualification (1st Attempt preferred, with strong articleship) or a postgraduate degree in Finance from a premier institute.

Prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements and programs, alongside a proven ability to manage teams, is essential. Excellent academic records for both undergraduate and graduate studies, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to independent learning are highly valued. Familiarity with finance technologies such as BPM tools and Enterprise Performance Management tools is also required. We are looking for 5-12 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification.
