Manage end-to-end client engagements and programs within the finance domain. Lead and mentor teams effectively to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results. Drive transformative change by challenging the status quo and presenting compelling, well-structured arguments for strategic initiatives.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex financial challenges. Ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting timelines and quality standards. Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

We seek candidates with 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, ideally post-qualification. A CA qualification with a strong articleship, or an MBA from a premier institute, is highly preferred. Equivalent professional certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are also valued.

Exceptional academic records in both undergraduate and graduate studies are expected. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical. A willingness to travel for project requirements is necessary. Knowledge of digital finance technologies is a plus.
