Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements and transformation programs. Drive immediate and direct contributions to improve client performance and competitive positioning. Assist Finance organizations in addressing complex challenges and adding substantial value. Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.

Effectively challenge the status quo by developing and presenting compelling, well-structured arguments for change and transformation initiatives. Communicate insights and strategies clearly, both in written and verbal forms, to diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, ideally post-qualification. Professional qualifications such as CA (1st Attempt preferred), MBA from a premium institute, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA are highly desirable.

Demonstrate excellent academic credentials from both undergraduate and graduate studies. Strong abilities in managing client engagements and programs from start to finish are essential. Proven experience in team leadership and management is required.

Key competencies include the ability to challenge existing practices, articulate strong arguments for change, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) is mandatory. Familiarity with digital finance technologies is an advantage. Willingness to travel for project needs is expected.
