You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools, partnering closely with front-end engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.

This role also involves contributing to design systems, supporting UI testing, and staying abreast of emerging design trends. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and uphold design governance across projects, driving continuous innovation.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience, with a preference for the Banking or Financial Services domain. A deep understanding of User Experience principles, Design Thinking, and Accessibility standards is essential.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is crucial, alongside a working knowledge of React and TypeScript for effective design-to-development collaboration. Experience with responsive design, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies is expected.
