Join EY's global Finance Consulting team as a Manager and drive client performance improvement initiatives. This techno-functional role involves assessing finance processes, analyzing pain points, and developing impactful solutions across various industries and countries. You will be instrumental in growing a new service offering within a leading firm.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by analyzing KPIs and financial metrics. Develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and capital budgets, advising on capital allocation and revenue plans. Model BPRA team information usage, conduct sensitivity analysis, and identify improvement opportunities in BPRA. Redesign and optimize processes, identify CXO reporting KPIs, and perform vendor analysis. Configure activity-based costing models and partner with onshore finance teams. Standardize and streamline close processes, design CoA, and build management reporting in tools like Power BI and Tableau. Possess strong knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems, finance functions like 'Record to report', and financial close activities. Manage and supervise project teams, prioritizing tasks effectively, and be open to travel.

We are seeking a Manager with expertise in Business Planning, Reporting, and Analytics (BPRA) and BPRA Process Assessment assignments. Experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting is a plus. Essential qualifications include CA, CFA, CPA, or a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance, coupled with 10-15 years of experience in BPRA projects. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with hands-on experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Board, and other relevant EPM tools is required. Consulting experience is a must. Key attributes include the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks, strong organizational skills, a driven approach to deadlines, leadership in client workshops, an agile and problem-solving mindset, confident communication, and flexibility in ambiguous situations. You should be a team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
