- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. - Translate company strategy into long-range plans, annual budgets, and forecasts. - Advise on capital allocation, revenue, and operational/capital expenditure plans. - Model BPRA team information usage, run sensitivity analysis, and test alternatives. - Review and explain key drivers, manage risks and opportunities, and consolidate forecast revisions. - Provide strategic support to executive leadership on current and future outlooks. - Identify and implement process improvements in the BPRA domain, including redesign and optimization. - Define KPIs for CXO reporting and dashboarding. - Perform vendor analysis and prepare relevant reports. - Configure activity-based costing models. - Partner with finance teams and clients on metrics, goals, and business reviews. - Perform cost accounting and categorization. - Standardize and streamline financial close processes. - Design and re-design Chart of Accounts (CoA). - Build management reporting in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and EPM platforms. - Demonstrate knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems, including SAP and Oracle. - Possess knowledge in finance functions such as 'Record to Report' and related processes. - Understand GBS/SSC setup engagements and financial close activities. - Translate business requirements into technical models. - Manage and supervise project teams. - Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. - Be open to domestic and international travel.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in BPRA projects. - Proven expertise in BPRA, including process assessment assignments. - Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Budgeting Processes, Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, and Controllership. - Familiarity with EPM tools. - Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint. - Proficiency with Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, or Board EPM tools. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks in a dynamic environment. - Strong organizational, focus, and drive to meet deadlines. - Ability to lead client workshops and guide BPRA strategy. - Agile, learnable, and adept at problem-solving. - Consulting experience is mandatory. - Confident and professional communication style, with proficiency in both oral and written English. - Ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences. - Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in ambiguous situations. - Effective at working at all levels within an organization. - Strong team player with collaborative abilities. - Possess strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills, including interpreting IFRS standards.
