The opportunity is for a Manager in National Forensics, specifically within the Investigations & Compliance team in Mumbai. This role is part of our National division, which comprises sector-agnostic teams working across various industries.

Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals protect and restore enterprise and financial reputations by assisting organizations and their legal counsel with investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory challenges. We integrate ethical considerations into compliance programs to manage reputational risks effectively. Our approach ranges from enhancing areas of weakness in governance, controls, and data insights to full organizational design and implementation, ultimately safeguarding financial and brand reputations and building trust in capital markets.

Demonstrate strong business analysis capabilities to assess investigation and compliance requirements for forensic engagements. Utilize proficiency in CKYC processes and documentation for regulatory and due diligence reviews. Prepare clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Analyze process gaps, define control points, and document compliance workflows to effectively support investigations.

Possess consulting-level proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation within forensic operations. Ensure technical excellence in all aspects of forensic investigations and compliance.

Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence in business analysis for forensic engagements, proficiency in CKYC-related processes, and creating effective BRDs. You will analyze process gaps, define controls, and document compliance workflows for investigation support, applying strong consulting skills in requirement gathering and solution documentation.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Business Administration, or a Bachelor of Computer Applications.

We require at least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, 2 years in Data Analysis, 6 years in Project Management, and 3 years in Business Analysis.
