This role focuses on safeguarding and restoring enterprise and financial reputations for organizations. You will assist companies and their legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. The position involves implementing robust compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks. Your responsibilities will encompass enhancing governance, controls, culture, and leveraging data insights, alongside full organizational design and structural implementation.

A strong foundation in forensic investigations and compliance is essential, with the ability to apply consulting methodologies to complex fraud and risk scenarios. Candidates must be CA qualified and CFE certified, with an MBA in Finance being a preferred asset for analytical and financial review capabilities. Significant hands-on experience with accounting principles, forensic audit procedures, and investigative techniques is required. The role demands proven ability in preparing accurate reports and managing team execution and client engagements with a focus on quality, timeliness, and technical rigor.
