The opportunity involves a Manager role within the National Forensics team, specifically in Investigations & Compliance, based in Bangalore. This role is part of EY's Forensic & Integrity Services, helping organizations protect their reputation, investigate facts, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges. We work with companies and their legal counsel to safeguard financial and brand reputations through an integrated approach to enhance governance, controls, and data insights.

As a Manager in Forensics, you will lead client engagements, serving as a Trusted Business Advisor. This includes coordinating assignment planning, managing engagement economics, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will identify areas for improvement in client business processes, apply problem-solving techniques, and review working papers. A key aspect is generating additional work from existing clients and supporting new business proposals. You will also be responsible for supervising and motivating junior colleagues, providing constructive feedback, and fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team.

To excel in this role, you need a qualification such as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, MBA, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB. A Master of Commerce is also a relevant educational background.

You should possess over 5 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Audits, Internal Audits, and related areas. Essential skills include 6+ years of experience in Project Management and 3+ years in Financial Analysis.
