Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Facilitate crucial business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders. Translate intricate business needs into clear functional specifications and meticulously configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, guiding them through every phase of the project lifecycle: design, build, testing, and deployment.

Oversee critical integration and data migration activities across various modules and with external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client contact for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Financials. This must include at least 3 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Prior experience with Oracle Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is essential. Strong functional proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is expected.

A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary. Proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup within Oracle Cloud is key. Demonstrable experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
