Join our Enterprise Technology team as a Manager, specializing in Financials. This role focuses on driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. You will be instrumental in leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful results.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead Oracle Cloud Finance transformations. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing financial operations and delivering significant business value. This is an opportunity to shape the future of financial technology within a leading organization.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledgers. Facilitate business requirement workshops and guide solution design sessions with key stakeholders. Translate intricate business needs into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules to meet these requirements. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases. Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities across various modules and external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting specialists. Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, address issues promptly, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX regulations, and audit mandates.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 5 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Demonstrate strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. Exhibit a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Show proven experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud. Highlight hands-on experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support. Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written skills.
