As a Finance Change Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in finance transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategy and enhancing operational efficiency within finance departments.

Document comprehensive business requirements, clearly articulating assumptions, interpretations, and non-functional requirements for large-scale transformation programs. Prepare detailed test cases and execute various testing phases, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows. Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across sub-ledgers, general ledgers, and upstream systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Perform balance sheet substantiation, including reviews of suspense accounts, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations. Create and manage weekly and monthly reports to support departmental and business needs. Collaborate closely with front office, risk, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction booking.

Proven experience as a Finance Change Business Analyst within finance transformation projects, with a strong understanding of either SDLC or Agile methodologies. Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP is essential.

Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed accounting memos, presentations, and commentaries, collaborating effectively with business stakeholders to explain financial variances. Experience in performing controls testing, design, and operating effectiveness testing for finance processes is required.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for preparing and presenting reports, presentations, and recommendations. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required for this role.
