Key responsibilities include interpreting and implementing FRTB (SA/IMA) and CVA regulatory requirements, conducting gap analyses, and translating regulatory expectations into actionable business and functional requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across front office, risk, finance, and technology. Additionally, you'll support the design, testing, and implementation of risk systems, and develop Python-based data analysis tools. Contributing to regulatory reporting, submissions, and implementation reviews is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking a candidate with 5–8 years of experience in market risk, regulatory programs, or risk transformation. A strong understanding of derivatives, valuation, and market risk concepts is essential, with FRTB and/or CVA frameworks being a significant advantage. Experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or regulatory implementation, coupled with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, is required. Proficiency in Python or data analysis is also key. While not mandatory, professional certifications like CFA, FRM, or CQF are highly regarded. A graduate degree is required for this position.
