Lead the digital transformation of prominent banks and service providers by planning, initiating, and executing large-scale IT projects.

Oversee internal and external teams during strategic IT implementation programs, blending industry expertise and IT knowledge with agile project management for seamless digital process execution.

Manage teams, organize and lead discussions with senior client management, and provide crucial insights during the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures, considering current market trends.

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, achieved with above-average results.

Minimum of six years of experience in IT consulting, with a proven track record in operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects within the banking or financial services industry.

Demonstrated experience as an IT project team leader, including client-side leadership.

Proficiency in efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership is essential.

Familiarity with all development stages for successful IT organizations and processes, with a specific emphasis on the financial sector.

Ability to plan IT initiatives and construct robust business cases.

Excellent communication skills, capable of understanding and conveying complex topics in both German and English.
