As a Manager, you will cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams to surpass expectations. Key responsibilities include:

- Gaining a deep understanding of target businesses and their operational drivers. - Assessing data accuracy and investigating anomalies by liaising with clients and third parties. - Conducting thorough financial analysis to derive conclusions and identify critical issues. - Evaluating and analyzing publicly available information on target companies. - Producing high-quality deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, within agreed timelines. - Proactively identifying and reporting key issues to management. - Engaging in a variety of deals, including cross-border transactions across diverse industries. - Establishing Deloitte's credibility with clients and target companies. - Supporting business development and proposal activities.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant, ideally qualified in the first or second attempt, with a strong academic record and 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. While not mandatory, audit or related articleship experience and prior transaction exposure are advantageous.

Essential skills include:

- Profound analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets. - Robust commercial acumen and market awareness. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with Indian GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
