As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will foster strong client and team relationships to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Deeply understanding target businesses and their key drivers. - Evaluating data accuracy and resolving anomalies through direct client and third-party engagement. - Conducting thorough financial analysis to derive conclusions and identify critical issues. - Interpreting and analyzing publicly available information about target businesses. - Preparing high-quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within established timelines. - Proactively identifying and reporting key issues to management. - Supporting business development and proposal activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in business modeling and relevant professional experience.

Essential qualifications: - Chartered Accountant, ideally qualified on the first or second attempt, with a solid academic record. - 4-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel for processing and analyzing large datasets. - Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and market awareness. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Additional advantages: - Audit or related articleship experience. - Prior transaction experience. - Knowledge of Indian GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
