As a Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of target businesses and their drivers. You'll meticulously assess data accuracy, resolve anomalies by liaising directly with clients and third parties, and perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify key issues. Responsibilities include interpreting publicly available information, preparing high-quality deliverables within deadlines, and reporting findings to management promptly. You will also support business development activities and contribute to a variety of cross-industry deals, establishing Deloitte Transaction Services as a trusted advisor.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background and 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Prior audit or transaction experience is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing large datasets, robust analytical skills, and strong commercial acumen are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. While our base location can be any Deloitte office across PAN India, this role involves frequent travel to client sites, and our default working model is hybrid.
