Join Deloitte's Transaction Services team as a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, playing a crucial role in M&A transactions. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing expert investment banking services.

Responsibilities

As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will cultivate strong client relationships and lead project teams to exceed expectations. Your role involves developing a deep understanding of target businesses and their key drivers.

You will be responsible for assessing data accuracy, resolving anomalies with clients and third parties, and conducting thorough financial analysis to identify critical issues. Prepare high-quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within agreed timelines.

Key duties include reporting significant findings to management promptly, managing various transactions across diverse industries, and establishing credibility with clients as a Deloitte representative. You will also contribute to business development and proposal activities.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be qualified Chartered Accountants, preferably with a first or second attempt pass, and possess a strong academic record. We seek professionals with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.

Experience in audit or related articleship, along with exposure to transaction services, will be advantageous. A solid understanding of Indian GAAP is essential, with knowledge of IFRS being a significant plus.

Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel for large-scale data analysis, strong commercial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are paramount. The role requires frequent travel to client locations, with Delhi as the base location. This position operates within a hybrid work model.
