Join Deloitte's Transaction Services team as a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, focusing on M&A transaction diligence, execution, and reporting. As a Manager, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of target businesses and their drivers, meticulously assessing data accuracy, and resolving anomalies through direct communication with clients and third parties.

You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to draw conclusions and identify key issues, while also interpreting and evaluating publicly available information. A core part of your role will be preparing high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines and ensuring timely reporting of significant findings to management. You will also contribute to business development activities and proposals, working on diverse transactions across various industry verticals.

Ideal candidates will possess a Chartered Accountant qualification (preferably obtained in the first or second attempt) with 4-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience and a strong academic record. Experience in audit or related articleship, along with transaction exposure, is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in MS-Excel for processing and analyzing large datasets is essential, complemented by strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Knowledge of Indian GAAP is required, with IFRS knowledge being a significant plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and reporting.
