As part of the Strategic, Risk & Transaction Practice, you will contribute to helping clients navigate complexity, accelerate performance, and achieve industry leadership through innovative strategies and robust transaction execution.

As a Manager within our Transaction Services group, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Deeply understanding target businesses and their key performance drivers. - Diligently assessing data accuracy and investigating anomalies by liaising with clients and third parties. - Performing in-depth financial analysis to draw conclusions and identify critical issues. - Interpreting and evaluating publicly available information regarding target entities. - Producing high-quality deliverables, such as Excel and PowerPoint documents, within stipulated deadlines, providing timely updates to leadership. - Proactively identifying and reporting significant issues to your manager or supervisor. - Engaging with a wide array of deals, including significant cross-border transactions across various sectors. - Building credibility and trust with clients and targets as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services. - Supporting business development efforts and proposal generation.

To excel in this Managerial role, you will demonstrate expertise in business modeling services, backed by a solid professional background. Key qualifications include:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferably cleared in the first or second attempt) with a strong academic record and 0-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Experience in audit or a related articleship program is highly advantageous. - Prior exposure to transaction work is considered a valuable asset. - Familiarity with Indian GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus. - Exceptional analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel for processing and analyzing large datasets. - A keen commercial understanding and awareness of market trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - This position requires frequent travel to client locations. - The designated base location can be any of Deloitte's offices across India.
