Join our Forensic & Financial Crime team in Mumbai as a Manager. You will play a crucial role in addressing complex client challenges within the financial sector. As a Manager, you will cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding diverse business processes, conducting in-depth industry research, and evaluating fraud risks specific to client industries. You'll apply analytical skills to financial statements, digital evidence, and legal documents, identifying trends and proposing solutions to prevent and detect fraud.

Key tasks involve interacting with clients to gather crucial information, analyzing legal documents for financial implications, and presenting qualitative and quantitative findings. You will work meticulously in a team setting, attend client and team meetings, and potentially travel domestically and internationally. Organizing and presenting findings clearly in client deliverables is essential.

We are seeking a qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the BFSI sector, specializing in Forensic and Financial Crime. A professional certification in fraud examination is a significant advantage.

Ideal candidates possess a solid grasp of business processes and controls, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a strong academic record. Proficiency in report writing, with a keen eye for detail, conciseness, and risk management, is vital. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for rapid data manipulation and a robust analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving are required. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines is also crucial.
