Join our Assurance team as a Finance & Risk Control specialist within the client ecosystem, dedicated to surpassing client expectations. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence project strategy and drive end-to-end delivery across critical finance operations.

We are seeking a skilled professional to identify and implement AI and automation opportunities, rapidly learning and applying approved AI tools in collaboration with business teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing compelling executive presentations and simplifying complex financial and operational challenges through clear visualizations and narratives.

This position involves leading executive reviews and cross-functional governance forums, ensuring clear ownership of agendas, decisions, and action items. You will analyze workflows and performance data to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, controls, and overall operational visibility, contributing to the team's success.

Lead the overall project strategy and manage its complete delivery, encompassing contract management, partner payments, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and related finance functions. Effectively manage project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, track dependencies, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Spearhead the identification and adoption of AI and automation technologies, along with process transformation initiatives. Quickly acquire and apply approved AI tools in partnership with business stakeholders.

Develop polished executive-level presentations, business reviews, and insightful dashboards that visually communicate complex operational and financial information.

Facilitate executive reviews, team meetings, and cross-functional governance sessions, taking ownership of agendas, driving decisions, tracking action items, and managing stakeholder follow-through.

Analyze existing workflows and performance metrics to implement improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, internal controls, and operational transparency.

Hold a B.Com, B.Sc, or MBA degree, complemented by 8–10 years of comprehensive experience. This must include hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting Operations and a proven track record in project management or execution ownership.

Possess a strong understanding of PTP, contract management, payment operations, or related accounting processes. Demonstrate practical knowledge and utilization of AI tools, with the ability to identify applicable use cases and drive their adoption (no AI coding is required).

Exhibit advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and Sheets, along with exceptional skills in executive storytelling, data visualization, and communication. A basic understanding of SQL and the ability to interpret financial or operational data are essential, alongside strong analytical, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

We also value experience in contract lifecycle management, PTP or partner payment operations, finance transformation, or shared services/GBS. Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio, and possessing project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma, are considered advantageous.
