Join our dynamic team as a Finance Manager, driving financial strategy and governance for large-scale real estate development and construction projects. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring commercial viability, optimizing capital, managing risks, and supporting strategic decisions to achieve superior returns and sustainable outcomes.

We seek an expert in business partnering, commercial modeling, and comprehensive project lifecycle financial management, from origination through delivery and ongoing operations.

Oversee feasibility studies and commercial assessments, developing intricate financial models for land payments, escalations, and sensitivity analysis.

During the delivery phase, you will manage project-level budgets and forecasts, prepare monthly CFO decks and commentary, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks. This includes managing capital drawdowns, financing structures, and reviewing accruals.

In the management phase, track project performance against KPIs, lead capital recycling strategies, and prepare reports for material commercial changes. You will also partner with governance committees like PCG, PSG, RIC, and GIC, ensuring adherence to Limits of Authority.

Possess a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, along with CPA, CA, or CMA credentials.

Bring over 10 years of dedicated experience in financial management within the real estate development or construction sectors.

Demonstrate expertise in finance and commercial modeling at the project level, supported by advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills. A deep understanding of real estate development economics, construction cost management, strong commercial acumen, and knowledge of governance and risk mitigation are essential. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems is expected.
