This position is instrumental in driving financial success within the Operate and Managed Services business unit in India.

Key responsibilities include preparing engagement-level budgets and forecasts, developing financial models for revenue, cost, and margin projections, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to boost profitability. This role involves tracking project financials, identifying financial risks, supporting billing and revenue recognition, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for commercial activities and controlling working capital.

We are seeking individuals with an MBA in Finance and approximately 8 years of relevant experience, or a CA/CPA/CMA with around 6 years of experience. Essential skills include strong financial and data analysis capabilities, proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI, and a high degree of ownership. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and team collaboration skills are vital. Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP is required.
