We are actively seeking an experienced Manager with profound expertise in finance data intelligence, finance data lakes, and optimizing finance processes. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of corporate finance, ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, and finance data analytics. Prior experience in FP&A, Financial Accounting, and Reporting is highly advantageous. This position presents a unique chance to spearhead and expand EY’s global finance data intelligence service offering.

Lead finance function engagements covering Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Drive workshops and stakeholder interviews to assess current finance data processes and design optimized future state solutions using finance data lakes and advanced analytics.

Identify and prioritize finance data process improvements through automation, data integration, and technology upgrades. Oversee the development of finance data lakes, data pipelines, and governance frameworks. Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and control frameworks for finance data monitoring across key processes.

Translate complex business requirements into technical data models and solutions. Lead data profiling, quality assessments, and validation using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools. Ensure comprehensive documentation of finance data processes and project deliverables.

Collaborate with project managers and senior client stakeholders for successful project delivery. Apply strong accounting expertise to interpret financial reports in the context of data analytics. Provide guidance on financial consolidation, cost allocation, and budgeting processes as they relate to data integration.

Support financial close activities with a focus on data accuracy. Possess in-depth technical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL) and finance data structures. Lead Chart of Accounts (CoA) design and finance data architecture initiatives. Manage and mentor junior consultants. Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
