As a Manager in FDD, your role is pivotal in cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding expectations. You will lead and manage projects, taking full ownership of deliverables with support from junior team members. This includes leading and developing a team, fostering stakeholder relationships, and producing high-quality reports within deadlines.

Key responsibilities involve reviewing historical financial data, analyzing projections, identifying risks, and reporting findings. You will engage in diverse transactions, from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions, working in cross-functional teams. Opportunities for international secondment may also arise.

We are seeking a CA qualified professional, ideally with first-time passes, or an equivalent qualification, possessing at least 5 years of relevant experience. While transaction experience is advantageous, a strong foundation in financial due diligence is essential.

Essential skills include exceptional report writing, meticulous attention to detail, conciseness, and robust risk management capabilities.
