Join our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team as a Manager in Delhi. This role focuses on Transaction Diligence, Execution, and Reporting within our Transaction Services division. We support clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, offering tailored solutions across various industries.

As part of Strategy & Transactions, you will engage in diverse projects, from initial evaluation to post-merger integration, contributing to high-value client engagements. This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and globally recognized firm.

Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations through dedicated support.

Oversee junior team members, foster their development, and ensure effective project execution. Prepare comprehensive reports, including detailed analysis of financial statements, projections, and identifying key risks and opportunities for clients. Your work will involve diverse transactions, from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions, collaborating with international teams.

We seek a CA qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with first-time passes. Strong analytical and reporting skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are essential.

Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and a keen commercial acumen are crucial. Experience in transaction diligence is advantageous. Fluency in written and spoken English, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality service, is expected.
