This is an on-site position located in Pune, India, offering a critical role within our Engineering division.

Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for complex ETL pipelines, robust data platforms, and scalable cloud-based data engineering solutions. You will be responsible for defining and driving the test strategy, implementing automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive data validation, and effectively managing stakeholder engagement throughout critical data transformation initiatives. Your leadership will be key to the success of these projects.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Testing and Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 9 years of experience in ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud data engineering. Essential skills include strong Python programming, extensive ETL/Data Warehouse testing, advanced SQL, and data validation expertise. Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or SSIS is required. Experience in data migration and reconciliation testing, along with familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms, is crucial. A solid understanding of test automation framework development, Agile methodologies, Jira, and CI/CD practices is also necessary. Proven test leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are fundamental for this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite.
