BCG Platinion seeks a Manager Enterprise Solutions with a strong SAP focus to advise clients on IT challenges, particularly SAP S/4HANA migrations. Join our SAP team and collaborate with experts from Platinion and the Boston Consulting Group on national and international projects.

You will develop cutting-edge ERP/SAP S/4 strategies, concepts, and solutions, leveraging your deep technical and process understanding. Embody the 'BCG Platinion Spirit' with a hands-on approach and passion for your work.

Lead large-scale SAP projects and manage the BCG Platinion team operationally. Engage with client leadership teams in collaboration with BCG Platinion leadership. Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies for complex application landscapes. Prepare and present proposals for significant SAP projects. Contribute to internal BCG Platinion leadership tasks, including team management and content development. Participate in leadership and practice group meetings.

An advanced degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects is essential. Demonstrate a strong methodological background and expertise in SAP rollout procedures (e.g., SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, SAP Activate). Possess knowledge of supporting procedures and tools like template management, Solution Manager, release management/transportation, process modeling, and modern CD/CI environments (Jenkins). Maintain an overview of SAP S/4HANA and other critical solutions for large transformations, including manufacturing, PLM, and MES. Understand modern, data-driven architectures and the integration of modules for end-to-end processes (e.g., Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash). Exhibit exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with fluency in both German and English. Display strong client and result orientation, team spirit, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and intellectual agility.
