The Enterprise Risk team at Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transaction specializes in helping organizations navigate and mitigate risks while identifying avenues for value creation. Our comprehensive risk services cover strategic oversight, financial and environmental policy balancing, and cyber threat management, enabling businesses to scale effectively and achieve sustainable growth.

You will be instrumental in supporting and delivering strategic, operating model, and business transformation projects across diverse industries. This involves driving business process reengineering to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Your role will include assisting clients with strategy implementation and transformation roadmap execution. You will also contribute to workstreams focused on sales transformation, supply chain optimization, process automation, advanced analytics, and cost reduction initiatives. Key activities involve preparing client deliverables, conducting in-depth analyses, facilitating workshops, and supporting stakeholder engagements to ensure successful project outcomes.

We are seeking an accomplished professional with an MBA, CA, or Engineering background and 7-10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles. Prior experience within a consulting firm, ideally a Big 4 or equivalent, is essential.

While an MBA from a Tier-2 IIM or a reputable Tier-2 business school is advantageous, experience in the Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred. A strong foundation in Business Process Design/Reengineering is mandatory, complemented by expertise in at least one additional area such as Operating Model Design, Strategy Implementation, Sales Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, Analytics, Automation, or Cost Optimization. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities are required to independently lead workstreams and ensure high-quality engagement delivery.
